PHLAUERTM ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEMS
All mixers have air piped and machine devices wired to a junction box (JB), NEMA 12 unless otherwise specified. A Functional Description and JB schematic are supplied.

Manual control panels with selectors, push buttons, lights, and ammeter to accomplish the Functional Description.

Scale systems to work with manual or automated controls complete with PHLAUERTM-TECH load cell installation kit to get holes exactly right.

PLC Systems. Proven software available for Allen-Bradley PLC. Input via PanelView*. Installed systems are for vacuum coaters, dryers, batching systems.

PC and PLC Systems. The PC stores recipes which are downloaded for a production run and weighments calculated for the mixer batch. This information is fed to the PLC which actually runs the equipment and reports back actual weighments for production and quality control. Our newest system uses Ethernet for communication among the devices.
