There are times when we don’t have knowledge about your product that a trial is necessary, or you may want to witness our ability, or try to make a new product, or we may want to try a product that isn’t really dry mixing.
It starts with a phone call or an email.
Our preference is to do demos and trials at your facility where you have lots of ingredients available, and your decision makers can see the performance.
There is an area in the shop where we can do trials.
The demo mixers hold three cubic feet single or six cubic feet in dual rotor or continuous mode. All have spraying equipment and Shearmakers. They require 460 volts, 3 phase, 60 hertz. We have transformers to accommodate 230 or 575 volts. Compressed air 10 cfm @ 80 psi is also required.
We offer three options:
- We have units available to be shipped to your facility. We will send a person for one day and show you how to operate the machine. You are responsible for freight, cleaning, and protection of the equipment on your property. There is a nominal daily charge for the days you use it.
- You may send ingredients to us and we will demo in the shop. You are responsible for freight and cleaning costs. MSDS sheets are required.
- We have a truck and cargo trailer, and we can bring a unit to your facility for a half day or day and do demos. We schedule several of these in one week in Midwest, Southeast, etc. Contact us to request a demo.
