A&J Mixing manufactures machinery for the building materials in single rotor, double rotor.
Mixers are available in both batch and continuous configurations.
Units are constructed in carbon steel, T304 or T316 stainless steel product contacts with a variety of finish levels to suit each application.
When blending large quantities of which the end customer will only use a fraction of, it is important to have homogeneous blends. Our customers once had these concerns and have eliminated over-mixing and re-work issues by installing a PHLAUERTM mixer. Decorative wall material apply much better when properly mixed and you may be able to reduce the binder.
Shearmakers are used to distribute fibers and develop color.
Blending of heat sensitive or friable ingredients is not a problem. With a one-minute blend time from our low intensity agitator product integrity is not compromised.
Investment and operating costs are lower.

Additional periphery equipment are also available including discharges, weigh hoppers, discharge hoppers to feed baggers. All levels of controls are available.
