AJSP 365, Double Rotor, 53 cu.ft. batch capacity, in T304 stainless steel construction with external glass bead blast finish. AJSP368DDBSS, 100 cu. ft. Tp304 Stainless with heating jacket and piped to add lecithin to sugar based product. AJSP365SPSS, 26.5 cu. ft. batch with bag dump, liquid addition and one Shearmaker.

Mixers are available in both batch and continuous configurations and mix to Cv. 5%. The rotors have no shear and mixes different sizes and weights of particles in one minute or less.

Aggressive Shear can be added to remove lumps or develop color.

We construct the units in sanitary stainless steel with a variety of finish levels suited to each application.

Blending of heat sensitive or friable ingredients is not a problem. With a one-minute blend time from our low intensity agitator product integrity is not compromised.

Loading may be via weigh hoppers above the mixer or directly loaded through the cover by an operator.

In manual loading configuration we offer flush mounted grates for dumping bags and if a controlled dust environment is your goal we offer bag dump work stations..
