- In cases requiring heat rise, ribbons are the only type of mixer that will perform the job.
- Available in heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty designs, with the same options that make our other mixers the best in business.
- Features include covers that seal, re-straightened shafts, and end plates to extend seal life — all standard.
- Center or end discharges available, as well as a drop bottom option.
- Constructed in sanitary stainless steel, with finish levels tailored to each application.
- Designed to start under load, preventing material waste and saving thousands of pounds each year.

Mix Time
- 5–7 minutes when starting under load.
- 3–5 minutes when loading while the mixer is running.
Standard Deviation & Cv
- Mixes to 1% standard deviation.
- Cv 10% → less precise than a paddle but provides a quality mix in many applications.
