Mixer Details
High-shear tools introduce intense energy into the mix zone, allowing the system to break down agglomerates and distribute pigments or powders quickly.
All particles pass each Shearmaker every 6 to 10 seconds, where a portion are reduced in size and rapidly reintegrated back into the overall blend.
This process allows for repeatable, predictable quality even in formulations that traditionally require longer processing times or secondary mixing steps.
